Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Inbound and outbound calling to engage with clients and their members
• Setting appointments and conducting presentations to promote our benefits
• Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and administrative tasks
• Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of service
• Developing leadership skills through training and mentorship programs
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
