Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving reputed company consumer issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives.
- Providing top-notch support: Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and reputed company support for policy changes requested.

Qualifications
