A Day in the Life of an arenaflex Customer Service Representative
As a virtual receptionist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to reputed company basic information about our services and support
- Listening attentively to customers and collecting data to reputed company them with the information they need
- Taking accurate notes and detailed messages to ensure that reputed company calls are documented and reported to the appropriate business
- Scheduling appointments for customers and processing orders and payments
