Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our clients, providing exceptional customer service to a diverse reputed company of clients, including medical offices, law offices, service providers, and more. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound programs, resolving technical issues, and providing product and service information to our clients' customers. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to reputed company callers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques, including conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information, maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to cross-train and multitask in multiple programs, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines

Ideal Availability

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives who are available to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM CST
  • Saturday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM CST

  • A minimum of 8 hours of weekend availability required
