Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Trip Assignment Specialist to join our evening shift team, working remotely from home. As a Trip Assignment Specialist, you will be responsible for assigning trips to dispatchers and Care Partners on a nightly reputed company, while also providing exceptional customer service to our members. Responsibilities

As a Trip Assignment Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Assign trips to dispatchers: You will be responsible for assigning approximately 700-900 trips per night to our dispatchers using our Health-E Rides system. This will involve carefully reviewing trip requests, determining the most suitable dispatcher for each trip, and ensuring that reputed company necessary information is accurately recorded.
• Determine dispatcher eligibility: You will need to determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member. This requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to reputed company informed reputed company quickly.
• Stack trips to contracted Care Partners: You will be responsible for stacking trips to our contracted Care Partners, ensuring that reputed company necessary information is accurately recorded and that trips are assigned reputed company.
• Answer inbound calls: You will occasionally answer inbound calls from members during evening hours, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
