Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and prescribers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with precision. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Essential level computer skills, including:

- Experience providing customer service to reputed company clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
- Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
