Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. As a key member of our retail store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on printing, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert advice on printing, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions

• Utilize consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
• reputed company accurate pricing information and take reputed company customer orders using order systems
• reputed company parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
• Set up and operate printing, binding, and other reputed company equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
• Process financial transactions using a reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change
• Clean, repair, and stock reputed company retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to reputed company reputed company performance and availability
• Stay reputed company on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of reputed company retail area product and signage
• Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste
• Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, reputed company-outs, and bank deposits

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer-facing role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
