Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative to join our remote team in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas (excluding reputed company). As a key member of our customer care team, you'll reputed company premium service and build relationships with customers reputed company phone, chat, email, and reputed company media correspondence. You'll be responsible for assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product inquiries, as well as providing product information, website navigation, and general support.

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed, with the ability to hardwire
  • Ability to pass a typing test with 40 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer care or call center environment

  • Knowledge of footwear distribution and customer service industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues
