Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and build relationships
- Handling inbound customer service inquiries and problems in a professional and courteous manner
- Identifying customer needs and routing them to the appropriate department to ensure timely resolution
- Working in a blended call center environment, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to meet customer needs
- Supporting sales campaigns reputed company to corporate needs, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Accurately documenting reputed company call information in our system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of reputed company experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in outbound calling techniques, including cold calling and telemarketing
- Experience with outbound dialing, upselling, telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales is a plus
