Job Summary:

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers who have expressed interest in potential compensation. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling high volumes of calls while multitasking and utilizing various software systems. Your primary goal will be to reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates. Responsibilities:

* Connect with callers through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation

• Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and identifying 1-5 potential candidates
• Multitask while listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company
• reputed company or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
• Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently

Requirements:

* Must reputed company in the reputed company or New Jersey

• Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• Reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

• High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
• Reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (e.g., gaming headset with mic/reputed company G432)
• Strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused experience
• 2 years of phone sales/customer service experience

This Opportunity is Not for You if:

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues

• You're unable to work 40 hours per week, each week
• You're unable to handle 350 calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
• You're unable to use problem-solving skills
• You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
• You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or reputed company business hours
