Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer service to our patients, clinicians, and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound pharmacy calls, scheduling refill deliveries reputed company needed, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
