A Day in the Life

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our state-of-the-art last-mile delivery warehouses, where our leading logistics system operates. You'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. Whether it's rescheduling a delivery, resolving a delivery issue, or simply providing exceptional customer service, you'll be at the heart of ensuring our customers get a great experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

Physical Demands
