Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, ensuring that our members reputed company understand their coverage and options. Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

  • Take inbound calls and reputed company exceptional customer service, ensuring that members feel valued and supported

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
