The Role

As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Philadelphia Airport Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You'll work closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional service, resolve customer issues, and create innovative solutions to exceed our Card Members' expectations. Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceptional
• Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, ultimately making reputed company enthusiasts out of our Card Members

Lounge Hours of Operation

Our Philadelphia Airport Centurion Lounge operates from 5:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday through reputed company. Hours are subject to change due to business need.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
• Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
• Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
• Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
• Ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction from the customer
• Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in reputed company interactions
• Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment

Salary and Benefits
