Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and text. You'll be the face of reputed company, and your goal will be to resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively, while also providing a positive and empathetic experience. Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate with customers and drivers reputed company phone, text, chat, and email to ensure their needs are met

Experience

* Associate's degree or above preferred, but not mandatory

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferred, but not mandatory

Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Good problem-solving, analytical thinking capabilities, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to listen actively and empathetically
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
  • Bilingual a plus (but not required)

Work Environment and Culture

* Full-time position, 40 hours per week

  • Operating hours: 5am-9pm PST, including weekends

Compensation and Benefits
