Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our reputed company customers. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing proactive service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience specifically in a call center environment preferred
