reputed company Duties and Responsibilities:

Our customer service representatives play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service by responding reputed company, accurately, and courteously on reputed company customer transactions through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
• Processing product orders and providing reputed company and efficient response and resolution to reputed company customers' requests utilizing multiple different screens, systems, and websites
• Assisting customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders
• Analyzing, reviewing, and processing customer's request for return authorization and credits
• Maintaining effective communication with customers to reputed company on-going information reputed company as it relates to sales, promotions, and problems to ensure accurate billings and shipments
• Providing technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries
• Certain Customer Care Representatives will have additional responsibilities to service our customers over reputed company media platforms, warranty claims, and other special projects

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
