Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Setting service appointments for automotive dealerships
- Providing information about automotive services
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions

- Ability to identify, understand, and protect confidential information
- Strong verbal, written, and documentation skills
- Ability to cross-train and multitask in multiple programs

Ideal Availability
We're looking for individuals who can reputed company to:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM CST
- Required 8 hours of availability every other Saturday

As a new hire, you'll participate in a two-week mandatory remote training program, which will cover the following topics:
