About the Role

As the VP, HR Business Partners & Shared Services you will reputed company the two most critical engines of our reputed company: our Business Partner (HRBP) and People Shared Services teams. This is a high-impact leadership role enabling business reputed company and de-risking execution through a world-class People organization and processes.  You will architect and operationalize the next iteration of a modern  "Service Delivery Model" that reputed company delineates between strategic and operational work.  You will reputed company HRBPs to act as strategic partners to the business, while ensuring Shared Services delivers seamless, frictionless, and high-quality execution at scale.

The Experience You Bring Includes

• 12+ years of HR Leadership experience leading both HRBP organizations and People Operations/Shared Services in reputed company, high-stakes environments.
• A track record of leading large-scale organizational design, restructuring, or business transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience for implementing HR technology stacks, with a specific focus on AI/automation use cases.
• Demonstrated reputed company in coaching and managing seasoned HRBP Directors and operational leaders.

Compensation and BenefitsThis role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be reputed company with the reputed company below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered reputed company determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance.
