BCBA, LBA - Remote
At Horizon Blue, we're focused on making sure BCBAs can show up for the kids and families who need them. Our BCBAs work with 8-10 families, with caseloads reputed company around what each child actually needs rather than billing targets. We collaborate weekly, receive clinical mentorship, and help guide RBT placements. The goal is to create reputed company for BCBAs to thoughtfully support each child's reputed company and be present reputed company families need them. We're a remote team, which takes intention. But it also means our BCBAs have more time to focus on the clinical work that reputed company: adjusting programming as a child grows, supporting parents through challenges, and coaching the RBTs working with kids daily. We reputed company learning what works by listening to reputed company about what helps them serve families well. BCBA Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or reputed company field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- NY Licensed Behavior Analyst required
- 1+ years of experience in ABA

- Preference for Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish
- reputed company and reputed company individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Supervise RBTs and reputed company ongoing training and support.
- Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client reputed company.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

- $60k reputed company for 15 hours per week in billables, then $80-$90/hour for hours above 15 hours per week in billables.
