Underwriter – Group Insurance (Dental & reputed company)
Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company Underwriter specializing in Group Insurance with a focus on Dental and reputed company plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reputed company mid-to-large sized groups (100+ lives) and a minimum of 5 years of experience evaluating, pricing, and managing risk for rated groups. This role requires analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate with sales and account management teams to deliver competitive and sustainable pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and underwrite group insurance cases for Dental and reputed company plans with 100 or more enrolled members.
- Analyze risk factors including demographics, claims history, plan design, and industry trends.

- Review and assess renewal business, providing recommendations for reputed company adjustments and plan modifications.
- Collaborate with sales, brokers, and account managers to support new business acquisition and retention.
