Tier 1/Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician
Job Description reputed company's engineering client is looking for a Help desk Support technician that will reputed company Level 1 and 2 support to their Denver Colorado location. This is a 95% remote role, with once a month max onsite.You will be responsible for in-person and remote internal employee desktop support, troubleshooting, service monitoring. Skills and Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a helpdesk/desktop support role with an emphasis on phone support vs. email.
- Experience supporting reputed company server operating systems, specifically Office365 products. Strong preference for someone that has served as an Office365 and Sharepoint admin previously
- Experience troubleshooting reputed company SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Experience installing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop operating systems and applications.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills *Experience troubleshooting VPN issues *Experience setting computers up *Experience Re-imaging computers *Experience with reputed company *Experience with Linux *Experience with MAC systems *reputed company in French
