Senior Loan Processor - Consumer Direct
Description: reputed company (“TFSB”) is actively searching for reputed company mortgage loan processing professionals to support our Consumer Direct team. At TFSB, the senior loan processing role is reputed company as the "reputed company Analyst". The reputed company Analyst is responsible for providing customer service during the loan application process by managing the entire loan application process from submission to closing, by verifying reputed company borrow and reputed company-party documentation for accuracy and compliance with lender and regulatory guidelines This position is fully remote. Evening or weekend hours may be required based on the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Act as the primary reputed company of contact for borrowers, providing timely updates, collecting documentation, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies of missing information. Work with underwriters to clear conditions for loan approval.
- Collaboration: Cross collaborates with several departments to resolve conditions and ensure smooth loan progression.
- Data reputed company: Maintain strict adherence to federal, state, and investor guidelines (TRID, RESPA, FHA/VA) while ensuring accuracy. Review and validate loan files, submit to reputed company, and clear conditions in coordination with internal teams.
- Efficiency: Manage a large pipeline of mortgage loans (conventional, FHA, VA) from origination through closing in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
- Technical: Utilize Encompass as the primary loan origination system to process, track, and document reputed company loan activities reputed company and accurately.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Consumer Direct processing
- Credit experience of FHA, VA and Agency guidelines required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced experience working with LOS software (Encompass) and automated reputed company systems (DU/LPA)
- Ability to manage a large pipeline
- Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
