Track and Trace Specialist

The 3PL Track and Trace Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating freight movements between shippers, carriers, and receivers. This role ensures reputed company loads are picked up and delivered on time, providing exceptional service and communication to customers and partners. The position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations reputed company a reputed company-party logistics (3PL) environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation of shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, drivers, and customers to ensure reliable service.
• Negotiate rates and secure reputed company reputed company to move freight reputed company and profitably.
• Monitor shipments through TMS and GPS tracking systems; reputed company proactive updates to clients.
• Resolve issues such as delays, re-routes, or accessorial charges quickly and professionally.

• 1–3 years of experience in 3PL, freight brokerage, or trucking operations preferred.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
