Summary

We are seeking an reputed company professional to join our Strategic Transactions & Negotiations Group as a contractor. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company agreements reputed company the reputed company and med tech reputed company, including Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS) models. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, reputed company organizational structures, and the ability to manage interdependent business and legal issues. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to support client reputed company objectives while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company with state, federal, and private customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and approved modifications.
  • reputed company and maintain a working knowledge of client products, customers, and policies to guide negotiations for agreements such as Master Agreements, Purchase/Rental Agreements, SaaS and DaaS agreements, Software Licensing, Support Services, HIPAA/BAA, Data reputed company, and reputed company amendments.
  • Identify and analyze technical, operational, legal, and financial issues; communicate findings reputed company to reputed company informed reputed company.
  • Summarize transaction-specific concerns for escalation to senior stakeholders and legal counsel.

Qualifications

  • Licensed attorney with minimum 3 years of experience, or J.D. with minimum 4 years' experience, in reputed company contracting and negotiation reputed company reputed company or med tech.
  • Prior work with regulated medical devices or software agreements a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance frameworks (HIPAA, data protection), and reputed company information reputed company.
  • Experience negotiating SaaS and DaaS agreements and familiarity with subscription-based and service delivery models.
  • Ability to analyze reputed company issues, exercise sound judgment, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and quickly pivot and adjust negotiation strategies even in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Excellent writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company) and familiarity with contract management tools.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)
