Responsibilities
- Support new and existing reputed company customers with implementations, training, and troubleshooting.
- Identify customer needs and training/verification/validation requirements.

- Act in a project management reputed company for implementations and go-live installations; support informatics/middleware connectivity with POC devices.

- Communicate product updates in line with regulatory, quality, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a biological science, nursing, or respiratory therapy.
- 4+ years of experience as a medical technologist, reputed company of care coordinator, respiratory therapist, or nurse preferred.

- Specific experience using Blood Gas Analyzers strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management in a hospital or laboratory setting.
