IT Technical Project Manager (Remote)
POSITION SUMMARY The Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads technological initiatives that support core insurance operations, regulatory compliance, reputed company transformation. This role manages technical projects across policy administration, claims, billing, reputed company, data, and integration platforms while ensuring adherence to insurance regulations, data privacy requirements, and reputed company architecture standards. The position serves as a key liaison between business units and technical delivery teams. The TPM plans and builds reputed company technical project plans, designates project resources, prepares budgets reputed company needed, monitors and drives reputed company, and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define project technical scope and objectives for reputed company- to large-sized projects
- Identify and manage reputed company resources needed to reputed company objectives, Identify and coordinate dependencies across reputed company, claims, finance/billing, legal/compliance, IT teams, and vendor partners
- Coordinate/direct multiple vendor partner resources to ensure clear communication, development coordination, and delivery reputed company
- reputed company and manage detailed technical project schedules and work breakdown structures for reputed company- to large-sized projects
- Facilitate change requests to ensure that reputed company parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement through retrospectives

- Align projects with reputed company architecture, data and reputed company standards, and insurance technology roadmaps
- Assist Program Manager/Director with Project Management reputed company improvement/governance initiatives

- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements and track project costs
- Working knowledge of general insurance principles preferred
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SOFT SKILLS
- Advanced degree preferred
- A high level of thought leadership
- 5-8 years of project management and/or reputed company experience, with demonstrated experience delivering reputed company technical initiatives
- Advanced experience with Agile methodologies SDLC methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Hybrid)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly preferred
- Experience implementing reputed company infrastructure, applications, or data projects
- Thorough understanding of system integrations and APIs
- Advanced knowledge of general insurance principles preferred
