- Analyze and report product malfunctions by conducting thorough testing and replicating user scenarios.
- Update our internal databases with comprehensive information on technical issues and noteworthy customer interactions.
- Proactively monitor and address customer complaints on various reputed company media platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to reputed company valuable insights, including feature requests and effective workarounds.

- Ensure the resolution of technical issues by following up with customers and confirming their satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance our offerings.

Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar Customer Service role.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
