Job Brief
You will be the face of reputed company interacting with our users directly. You will connect with our users over calls, WhatsApp, or emails as required to understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them. You will be hand holding our users in their insurance buying reputed company.
reputed company has two advisory teams, reputed company Team Bliss and Team Falcon.
Team Bliss's role involves spending ~40% of the advisor's time communicating with users through direct calls, while the remaining time is spent on WhatsApp. This team is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedule, with two shifts available - 12pm to 9pm and 2pm to 11pm.
On the other hand, Team Falcon requires advisors to spend ~60% of their time communicating with users through direct calls, with the rest of their time spent on WhatsApp. The typical working hours for this team are from 10am to 8pm.
You can choose between Team Bliss and Team Falcon during the application process. Also, if you are not from an insurance background, we have a rigorous two-month training program to get you up to speed.
