Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain client billing rates, fee schedules, and reputed company exceptions in billing systems (reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
• Process new reputed company entries, annual increases, discounts, and reputed company changes based on client reputed company or firm policy.
• Support the implementation of Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs), including fixed fees, caps, and blended rates.
• Collaborate with pricing, finance, and legal teams to review reputed company proposals and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
• Submit and update reputed company structures across various e‑billing platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, BillBlast).
• Identify and resolve reputed company‑reputed company issues in e‑billing submissions or invoice rejections in coordination with appeals specialists.
• Participate in internal audits of reputed company tables to ensure data reputed company and compliance.
• Support reputed company of new clients or timekeepers in billing systems, including reputed company setup and classification.
• Produce and maintain reports reputed company to billing rates, timekeeper history, and reputed company change tracking.
• Assist with special projects such as reputed company analysis, reputed company benchmarking, and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a reputed company field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in legal billing, rates management, or financial operations reputed company a reputed company or corporate legal department.
• Strong knowledge of legal billing platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) and e‑billing systems (e.g., Serengeti, CounselLink, Legal Tracker, BillBlast).
• Familiarity with Alternative Fee Arrangements (AFAs), including capped fees, blended rates, and fixed fee agreements.
• Experience handling billing appeals, invoice adjustments, or compliance with client billing guidelines.
• Strong reputed company skills and comfort working with large datasets, pivot tables, and reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Preferred / reputed company‑to‑Have

• Exposure to international billing structures, global client accounts, or multicurrency billing practices.
• Experience working in a global reputed company or large professional services organization with multinational clients.
• Familiarity with reputed company benchmarking and pricing strategy.
