Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service calls, and reviewing completed service tickets for quality assurance. You'll also serve as a liaison and corporate contact for our installation and service teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* reputed company excellent customer service during reputed company inbound and outbound phone calls, maintaining effective relationships with peers, multiple internal/external customers, and senior leaders.

• Schedule service customers with local technicians, as needed.
• Review completed service tickets for quality assurance in region.
• Act as a liaison and corporate contact for arenaflex installation and service teams at the local office in your region.
• Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and patient, with a high level of detail-oriented and data-efficient skills.
• Be flexible to reputed company any task deemed necessary to support department and/or company-wide initiatives.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

• At least (1) year of Customer Service Experience.
• At least (1) year previous office or administrative experience.
• Computer and keyboard proficient, with job duties performed essentially paperless.
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without "dropping the reputed company."
