Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company Call Center, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, resolving reputed company issues, and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting to resolve missed visits or missed supplies by reaching out to Providers for status updates and authorizations, as needed
- Assisting with reputed company LTC (Member/Provider) calls, focusing on reputed company resolution and answering calls in a timely manner
- Reviewing authorizations and assisting with correcting authorizations, as needed, to match the PCCP
- Triage/routing calls correctly, unless the member/provider insists on speaking directly with a Customer Service Representative or Supervisor
Performance Expectations
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be expected to meet the following performance metrics:
- Call Center metrics (Talk time, Hold, Aftercall) at 95% or above
- Schedule Adherence at 95% or above
- Call Quality scores at 95% or above
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a call center or managed care/physician's office setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and reputed company concepts
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, and reputed company)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with LTC/Medical Authorization is a plus
