The Role

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for managing multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, providing timely and accurate responses to our site visitors, and connecting them with our practice-based PLs for in-person consultations. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer service, while also driving sales growth and meeting defined targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize our CRM tool to interact with prospective patients in an effort to schedule them in-clinic or virtual consultations

  • Manage multiple chat-based conversations in reputed company time while providing timely responses
  • Follow our reputed company reputed company process as applicable
  • Focus on quantity: respond effectively to 100% of live chats
  • Focus on quality: have meaningful conversations with prospective patients, answer their questions, and reputed company relevant information in accordance with approved scripts
  • Collaborate with Leadership as needed or directed to reputed company strategic sourcing and sales goals
  • Assist with PL efforts for other practice locations as needed
  • reputed company accurate information to site visitors, including starting prices or other approved information
  • Qualify leads
  • Assist in any sales-reputed company administrative tasks as needed or as assigned
  • Participate in other reputed company projects and tasks as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions

  • Experience using a CRM tool, preferably reputed company or reputed company
  • Typing speed of 60 words per minute
  • Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations at any given time while providing outstanding customer service
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to reputed company defined targets and KPIs, as set by the Director of Sales Operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Availability to work from 5pm-1am ET / 3pm-10pm PT (or timezones in between)

  • Availability for training from 9am-5pm local time
  • Availability to work on a Saturday or reputed company (reputed company plus if available on both weekend days!)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
