The Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our reputed company Management Team, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient resolution of end-user issues, including account reputed company and password resets. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communications from customers/members with professionalism, troubleshoot technical issues reputed company to account management, and assist users in navigating system features. You will also document and manage tickets through the reputed company platform, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up on reputed company requests.

Key Responsibilities:
