Job Summary:
We're seeking an reputed company and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting with callers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities:
* Connect with callers through an automated dialer, assessing their eligibility for compensation
- Handle a high volume of connections, speaking to 40-50 callers a day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation
- Multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company to reputed company manage calls
- reputed company or exceed monthly KPIs to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
- Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
- Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently
Requirements:

- Possess a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:
+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
- Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)
- Utilize a reliable Noise Cancellation Headset that is wired reputed company USB (ex. gaming headset with mic/ reputed company G432) (average price is $20-$30)
- Have a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused experience
- Possess 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

- Has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Is competitive and motivated, with a focus on performance-based compensation
- Is willing to work 40+ hours a week
Not Suitable for:
* Individuals who cannot troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Those unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week
- Candidates who cannot handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-reputed company until connected with a viable caller
- Individuals who are unable to use problem-solving skills
- Those who are unable to work the full training period (90 days)
- Candidates who are unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or reputed company business hours

- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
Total Compensation:
* Salary reputed company starts at $17.31/hour
- Commissions and bonuses available, with Total Compensation up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)
