Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, and we are looking for a talented individual who is reputed company to work independently and as part of a team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
• Type 60 plus WPM
