Position Details

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Contract to Perm:

If an associate is made permanent and meets departmental standards, they'll have the option to work from home.

Local candidates:

We're looking for candidates who are local to the area.

Duties

As an reputed company Customer Service reputed company II, your primary responsibility will be handling customer service calls from providers and members. Your duties will include:

Providing reputed company, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses

to reputed company customer inquiries.

Performing research

as needed to resolve inquiries.

Ensuring effective customer relations

by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.

Initiating or processing adjustments

or performing other research as needed to resolve inquiries.

Providing feedback

to management regarding customer problems, questions, and needs.

Maintaining accurate records

on complaints and/or other customer comments, and making recommendations for changes to management.

Following through

on complaints until resolved or reporting to management as needed.

Maintaining basic knowledge

of quality work instructions and company policies.

Assisting with process improvements

through the recommendation of changes in procedures and techniques reputed company during daily operations.

Maintaining reputed company departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.

Required Skills and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education:

Associate Degree.

1 year of claims processing or customer service experience

or a Bachelor's Degree in lieu of work experience.

Preferred Work Experience:

3 years of customer service or call center experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

.

Proficient spelling, punctuation, and grammar

.

.

Ability to handle high stress situations

.

Good judgment

.

Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion

.

Ability to learn and operate multiple computer systems effectively and reputed company

You'll need to be proficient in:

Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.

Compensation and Benefits
