Responsibilities

As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the reputed company-evolving products and services, ensuring that you are up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues in a fair and efficient way.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred.
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be reputed company to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST.
• Be reputed company to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Be reputed company to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
• Have gaming experience, although not required, is preferred.
