Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our live chat system. Your main goal will be to assist clients with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure their overall satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with clients in reputed company-time through our live chat system, responding promptly and accurately to client inquiries and providing solutions
