Job Summary
As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our online community remains a safe and enjoyable reputed company for reputed company users. This will involve monitoring chat activity, enforcing community guidelines, and resolving conflicts in a fair and respectful manner. Key Responsibilities

- Ban users who repeatedly violate community guidelines, following a fair and transparent process
- Mute users who have violated community guidelines, to prevent further disruption
- Investigate reports made by users about violations of community guidelines, and take appropriate action
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve conflicts and improve community engagement

Qualifications
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
