Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

Schedule and Availability

We're hiring for the following schedules:

• Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
• Saturday and reputed company 10am-6:30pm
• This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts usually consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have reputed company overall availability
• We pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the importance of your flexibility and commitment

Training and Development

• A combination of virtual "class room" and "on-the-job" training, typically lasting 6 weeks but may vary in duration
• Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from reputed company – 5pm EST, with a lunch break
