Job Summary
We're seeking a talented Senior Gear Engineer to support our crew across reputed company disciplines, empowering them to multiply their efforts, enhance performance, and create high-quality games. As a key member of reputed company, you'll collaborate with our Artwork, Layout, and Engineering groups to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in our development process. You'll work closely with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, implement the selected answer, and promote the adoption of the solution by the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas for improvement across reputed company disciplines
- Preserve, reputed company, and aid present development gear
- Build and guide custom asset pipelines
- Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures
- Collaborate with the team to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, implement the selected answer, and promote the adoption of the solution by the team
Essential Qualifications
