Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers with their insurance needs, ensuring they maintain their policies with the coverage they require at a reasonable price. You'll work in a dynamic call center environment, using multiple programs and systems to resolve customer inquiries reputed company. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment.
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several reputed company platforms and systems simultaneously.

• High energy and enjoys working in a combined team/goal-oriented environment.
