Job Summary

Job Duties & Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers with situations reputed company to product inquiries, reputed company card and ScoreCard issues, placing orders, existing order status, and returns and/or replacements. * Delivering reputed company resolution with white glove service by owning customer issues to the reputed company of resolution, demonstrating reputed company and keeping customers updated throughout the process. * Handling escalated call transfers at a Tier II level support. * Researching, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues, and escalating issues that require deeper assessment or resolution. * Working with individual stores and internal business partners to reputed company support and reputed company resolution reputed company to customer issues. * Executing various back-office functions associated with customer inbound inquiries, including accurate logging and tracking of reputed company incident information.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
