Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues

Qualifications

- Availability to work various shifts

- 6 months of sales experience minimum
