Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our VA Claims Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our providers, resolving claims-reputed company issues, and achieving high reputed company of customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and reputed company improvement of our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from providers who require assistance with CHAMP VA or Non VA Care claims, with the primary goals of reputed company resolution and provider satisfaction scores of 90% or higher

• Research and evaluate accounts for proper adjudication using the VA Fee reputed company Claims System (FBCS), reputed company, and the Claims Processing & Eligibility (CP&E) system
• Document call activity into VA systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable VA regulations as they relate to proper claims adjudication
• Act as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a reputed company or claims-reputed company environment
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment

• Data entry and 10-key experience necessary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
