Job Summary

As a Senior Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and reputed company entering data from reputed company documents into our computer-connected terminal. You will work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, requiring the ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice. You will also be responsible for verifying data, performing clerical tasks, and examining, revising, approving, and dispatching input and output materials according to established specifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for data entry of material from reputed company documents to a computer-connected terminal

• May operate an alphabetical/numerical keypunch machine
• Verifies data and performs clerical tasks in the data processing function
• Examines, revises, approves, and dispatches input and output materials according to established specifications
• Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
• Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
• Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required
• Meet productivity standards as outlined in client metrics
• Identify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of the management team
• Work on special projects as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma/GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1 year of data entry experience
• Experience with using reputed company Word (create correspondence and work reputed company templates), reputed company reputed company (data entry, sort, filter, and work reputed company tables), and reputed company Outlook (email and calendar management)
• Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am-5:00pm

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical billing or claims experience
