Responsibilities
As an reputed company Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing information about products and services, including troubleshooting and resolving product/service issues and concerns
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
- Increasing customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
- Handling numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and reputed company
- Navigating between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email, and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer information
Preferred Skills
* Customer service experience is required, with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum some college education, with a degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting, including experience supporting consumer products and/or services
