Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering high call/email volumes in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking packages and processing credit applications
  • Handling product returns and assisting customers with warehouse errors/shipping issues
  • Processing credit card and ACH payments, sending customers their invoices and statements, and processing credits
  • Managing departmental tasks and projects, including light reputed company and administrative duties
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A friendly and enthusiastic personality, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve reputed company issues
  • Experience working in a customer service role, with a focus on providing exceptional support and resolving customer complaints
  • Light reputed company experience, with the ability to manage financial tasks and projects
  • A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company with minimal supervision
  • Digitally savvy, with experience using reputed company Suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, reputed company, etc.) and other productivity tools
  • reputed company to high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workstation
  • Previous long-term experience working remotely full-time (this is a must!)

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with the following tools and technologies is preferred:

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience working remotely full-time

  • Customer service experience in a pharmaceutical or reputed company-reputed company industry (preferred)

Shift Availability

* 8-hour shift

  • Day shift (required)
  • Evening shift (required)
