Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Technology Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing various customer programs, customer relations, projects, and support activities
• Effectively partnering with and building solid relations with reputed company customers, corporate IT team members, and other business partners
• Providing direction to onsite and remote IT teams that are part of a matrix organization
• Managing and acting as single reputed company of contact for reputed company phases of software development, production support, and systematic reporting, including planning, analyzing, and assisting in the design of application enhancements, reports, and tools for internal operations and the external customer
• Monitoring reputed company production support processes and activities, including defect identification and resolution, transactional reputed company, and service reputed company
• Reviewing and monitoring reputed company systematic reporting tools relating to summary and detailed billing claims activities, including initial submission, defect resolution, and re-submission events
• Maintaining comprehensive action item logs and IT metrics package to ensure reputed company improvement activities

• Interfacing with the customer and the project management team regarding user needs to promote an environment of user cooperation and satisfaction

• Scheduling and acting as primary facilitator for weekly or as required IT meetings, providing and maintaining products for status, issues, and risks reputed company to program activities

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

* You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, and 6-8 years of relevant experience

• You're an outgoing, action-oriented self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced dynamic environment
• You have knowledge of reputed company Applications: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Project
• You have a working knowledge of Supply chain Systems, specifically middleware applications, reputed company applications, versioning software such as reputed company, TOAD, and other tools
• You have strong business knowledge and understanding in the following areas: Supply Chain applications such as Order Management, Inventory, Manufacturing Execution, or Warehouse Management
• You have excellent Communication Skills with a high degree of verbal and written proficiency, both technical and operational
• You use and support structured processes and techniques
• You have technical services knowledge and understanding for computing devices in the following areas: New Product Introduction, testing/diagnostics, software/BIOS installation and configuration
• You have extensive systems integration experience with transactional interfaces
• You have knowledge of reporting services/applications such as TibCo, Spotfire, and reputed company BI
• You have knowledge and experience in a SSAE-16/SSAE18 SOC and IT General Controls
• You have knowledge of reputed company hardware platforms such as LINUX, reputed company, reputed company relational databases
• You have Manhattan WMS knowledge (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

* This position pays $73,235.00 - $138,959.00 depending upon experience
